Payment and Agreement Terms
Payment: Your first payment is due upon signing the agreement and will be automatically charged on the first of each month.
Agreement Length: Choose from flexible month-to-month options or discounted annual plans. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate the month-to-month agreement with ten days’ written notice. Annual plan cancellations require 45 days’ written notice or may result in a back charge to cover the discounted rate difference.
Advertising Services
Media Requirements: Ad materials must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled airtime. RBM reserves the right to approve all ad content.
Play Frequency: Each advertising plan guarantees a minimum of 1600 spots per month.
Display Schedule: Your ad will display for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 12 hours per day, on average 15 days per month. Ads rotate at variable durations based on client preferences.
Ad Specifications: No videos or animations are allowed on standard routes.
Performance Guarantees: RBM strives for uninterrupted service. In case of technical difficulties, we’ll provide a credit or alternative solutions.
Client Responsibilities
Timely Ad Submission: Ad materials must be provided as scheduled to avoid disruptions in the advertising campaign.
Ad Approvals: Timely review and approval of ad materials are essential for timely placement.
Force Majeure
RBM is not responsible for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather or government mandates. We will work with clients to find alternative solutions.
General Terms
Modifications: Any changes to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
